I also bought this TV in March 2010 and in the past 6 months I have been having exactly the same problem with a loud noise for approx 10 seconds. It doesn’t seem to be related to the input (sometimes it happens when watching TV, sometimes when I’m watching a feed from my PC). It’s under warranty so i’ll be calling them up this week.

I bought an 32LE600E Sharp LED TV four months ago. After a couple of months it started to make a sharp and loud noise for about 10 seconds. It still does this occasionally. Local Sharp technicians could not trace whether it is a TV fault or caused by the external decoder. Can anyone help or had a similar problem which perhaps can share with me how it was solved? TV is still under guarantee. Thank you. Paul
