		<description>LED tellys are basically LCD panels with LED backlighting, so to answer your question, it is possible that LED panels may suffer also, but if you buy any TV, be it LCD of LED backit if there are any apparent dead or stuck pixels then the panel is at fault and should be replaced under warranty.</description>
